I was very surprised and delighted last wednesday to receive a request via email for an interview with Helen Shields on ABC Tasmanian radio. I have never done a radio interview before so was quite nervous. I was hesitant to actually listen to myself back but I plucked up the courage to do so today!
Well, I’m not perfect and am full of should have said/not said. I take a little to get into the swing of things, however, thankfully radio hosts are well skilled in helping you get more into the groove.
My wordpress theme would not allow me to simply upload the audio file, so my lovely teenage son has put it all together on you tube for me with some slightly blurry ‘still’ images. (As an aside, watching a teenager at work on a computer is quite stressful! The lightening speed at which they work is amazing – you simply have no idea what they are doing which is the stressful part). But thanks to him, you can now listen to me being interviewed on local radio! Be kind : ) xx
